Ethel works for Saks Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. She is the manager/designer of “Feather Accessories.” She uses only fallen feathers and is committed to making cruelty-free products. She and her collection team travel the world seeking freshly fallen feathers. She frequents Central Park and the Brigantine Bird Sanctuary. She dreams of having her own boutique on the main floor of Saks. Ethel vacations in Florence where she makes her nest on the roof of the Loggiato dei Serviti in Piazza Santissima Annunziata.
