June is Tetrazzini's DJ extraordinare. She favors techno, but when she's in her nest she clucks to Maria Callas and Giuseppe di Stefano singing Bellini's I Puritani (conducted by Tullio Serafin at La Scala).

She makes her nest in Condo Coop. The sign on her front door reads -- Democrats: Welcome. Republicans: Check your eggs for cracks.
