"Leroy" (at left in photo)

Leroy is Hatchburg’s street artist. He creates sculptures out of found materials and uses his medium to express his political views. He reminds Eula of Red Grooms. Leroy is a political activist who studies reflexology. In his spare time he works for Habitat for Fowl and works with Raymond for the Big Chicklette Program.
