your next set of product changes. And we make sure those decisions are
the ones that generate the most money, faster.
The way we do it isn’t proprietary or copyrighted. It just works.
First, we
help you find and talk with your customers and the people who should be
your customers. Then we work with you to figure out the product feature
set and pricing and packaging that will make you the most profit and get
you to market faster. If you want, we can also develop a complete
business and marketing plan, and help you find or train the right
permanent resources to get your product launched or re-launched.
If you had a super general manager you could put on the case full
time, someone with real product and marketing and P&L experience, you
could do all this yourself. But those people are usually plenty busy.
The alternative is to use us. We’ll get the process under way or
accelerated. We’ll help the right decisions get made and start your
product on the way to market long before you could find or free up the
right person to put in charge. And because we are hands-on managers by
nature, not consultants, we do it with less fanfare, less overhead, less
